All personal information provided to us will be securely stored either in digital format (email, text messages, direct messaging) or physical format (Receipts)

All processing of customer information will only be undertaken by Linda J Hill.

 

How long do we keep and process your information?

 

Personal information used for invoicing will be kept in accordance with UK Tax Laws, currently this is 6 years.

Diary, Customer Record Cards & Course Booking Forms - All personal information recorded in these sources will be stored for 7 years maximum, in accordance with Industry insurance.

Once the time limit has passed for each element, all records will be destroyed.
